Up and Down playing Support Role in Dota 2

That’s it, the topic is Dota 2 and maybe y’all have heard about this game. I will share about the one of many role in Dota 2

This role is needed in team, even though you can lose in game with this role, the factor can be poor carry player that can’t farm well, the wrong item and sometimes using totally useless item for carry. But the common role that bring team to win the game is carry player. But when you’re now at 3K MMR or above, you really need this role, its called Support Role.

This support player that help your team in game. What support player do? Buy and place ward, buy utility item to help securing kill (KS), support healing for team, etc.

Because the Carry Player will keep focus to buy his deadly item, not support item. That’s what support role be the person in charge in supporting equipment. Okay, lets start with “down”

1.      Playing support role can be very bundersome mentally

2.      Play this role just like servant for other teammate, while you keep buy wards, and what you have for yourself just boot of speed, iron branch(which is you can upgrade to magic wand). And sometimes teammates not appreciated that

3.      Can’t work together with carry player in game, well that annoying

4.      Some of Carry Player so fussy. Event though as support player we’re already know what to do like, buy ward, courier, even give tango for you

5.      Play support Role in game rarely earn a lot money, don’t think about that plenty money. If you take last hit, you will blamed. Well, support player must good at managing money in game. But usually support player can earn money with assisting, while teammate kill enemy. The Professional support player can manage money ingame well.

Now, the “Up”

1.      While at early game support player help carry to farming with stacking creep, assisting kill, that will make Carry player bring victory for team

2.      When you play as Support Player, the best part is when you meet with friendly and respectfull Carry.

3.      At Early game, usually support player help carry to kill enemy so that Carry can developing to better carry and while in mid and late game, the Support Player could help teammates with kill securing (KS). That’s why the blink dagger , Aghanim sceptre item could really helpful to KS-ing. There is a pleasure while KS-ing TBH

4.      And when you’re already rich as Support Player, sometimes you didn’t know what you can do with a lot of money. That’s because Support Player, didn’t need many damage item like Carry Player does.

Okay, that’s what I share about. Play this role have its own pleasure. This post didn’t intend to provocate, this is just outpouring of the heart of the Support Player. Some people underestimate Support Role, but remember, “Behind every great carry, there’s a great support”.
